Scholastic Book Fairs

 

Once a term, we run a Scholastic Book Fair, giving paents/carers and their children the opportunity to pick and purchase a book together. The Book Fair offers a range of books, both fiction and non-fiction, from a diveerse range of authors and gives our pupils the opportunity to share their reading preferences, picking out a book which can enthuse and inspire them. Each term, the fair has a different theme and our English Ambassadors from year 6 help promote the theme by visiting classes the week before the fair opens. This is an excellent opportunity to help encourage the love of books and to also check out some of the new and upcoming authors fresh on the shelves.
