It is the policy of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust to administer all mid-year admissions enquiries by email:

We will endeavour to answer all emails within 48 hours.

 

Our published admissions number is 60 per year group.

 

The dates for our autumn term meetings for prospective parents of Reception children due to start in September 2025 will be found below as well as being placed in the NEWS & EVENTS / CALENDAR section.

What happens if you are not offered your preferred school place?

KEY DATES FOR THE 2023/2024 SCHOOL YEAR

 

6 November 2023  to 15 January 2024 - Parents can apply for a primary school place from this date

 

November 2023 - Hereward Primary School will conduct some information sessions for prospective new parents (please check on the school website calendar to see when these dates are finalised)

 

15th January 2024 - Closing date to apply for a school place for your child for September 2024

 

16th April 2024- National Offer Day (Parents are informed of the outcome of their application)

 

29th April 2024 - Closing date for Nursery applications
