Year 6 children at Hereward Primary School, Loughton, finished off their year by performing their leavers show, 'Robin & the Sherwood Hoodies' to parents and family members.


The pupils exuded confidence and talent in so many areas and their performance was a true testament to their enthusiasm and commitment.


After the conclusion of the show, the Year 6 children received their leavers' certificates from former parent and school governor, Mrs Christine King.


Headteacher Matt Woolard and Deputy Headteacher Renette Fourie then presented trophies to recognise particularly impressive achievements. These were as follows:


Reading Assessments - 1st Alexandra Kiss; 2nd Zara Kiss & Sophia Marie

Writing Assessments - 1st Sophia Marie; 2nd Karis-Joy Chow; 3rd Marina Avgarska

Mathematics Assessments - 1st Karis-Joy Chow & Alexandra Kiss; 2nd Rea True & Aaron Zabbar

Arts Awards - Matilda Cook & Ross Wilson

Computing Awards - Aliza Batool-Bokhari & Liam Payton-Jones

Sports Awards - Courtney Street & Luke Ansell

Citizenship Awards - Annabel Chapman & Cos Georgiou


Headteacher Matt Woolard said: "The Year 6 pupils have been amazing for their entire time with us. They have excelled in all areas of the curriculum and leave us with the foundations to have incredibly successful futures. We will miss them."
